About the Role – How you will Contribute to the Service:
The Community Mobilization Bureau (CMB) is seeking a Community Mobilization Bureau Pilot (Temporary Full Time) to support initiatives focused on community engagement, crime prevention, road safety, and the reduction of social disorder across the district.
In this dynamic and community-focused role, you will provide administrative and operational support to a variety of CMB initiatives and events while helping strengthen relationships between Halton Police and the communities we serve. You will play an important role in supporting outreach activities, coordinating logistics, maintaining records and reporting, and assisting with communication efforts, including newsletters, social media, and public information updates.
Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, your organizational skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and professionalism will be essential in supporting day-to-day bureau operations and ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively. You will regularly liaise with internal units, community partners, volunteers, and stakeholders while helping address inquiries and support district engagement efforts.

This position is based out of our 2 District facility which is located at Dundas and Trafalgar.
Hourly Rate of pay: $74,754.00 – $83,060.00 / $41.07 hourly
